I was awe struck, the sound, the pounding of 600 drums on your chest and ears is just phenomenal! It was great and it looked good too!

Re: Yeah!!!! we did it!
It was bloody amazing! What a rush, glad we did it twice!
My only complaint would be that we didn't get to do enough. I thought that there were gonna be activities for us all, I mean how often do you have 600 eager drummers in 1 room? Thought we would have some drum battles, mexican wave type stuff, etc. I loved the pro guys doing their thing, but personally felt like the organizers almost forgot we were there and didn't really feel included. They could have done loads with us!
Oh well, that aside I had a great time. Well done everyone!

Was a great day, really enjoyed it.
We probably would have done more if people would have shut up when they were asked to!!!
Re: Yeah!!!! we did it!
True, but maybe they would have shut up if they were given something to do all day....

I enjoyed every minute of it. Thought everyone was great . A really awesome day. Wife's ears still ringing too. I keep talking to her but she still not answering yet.
I thought the conductor was crap and so did everyone round me. His arm waving just didn't work. Wasn't tight enough.

I'd agree with that. He didn't seem to have a clue! And he didn't know how to use a microphone either, and when you're talking to hundreds of people with ear defenders in you kind of have to!!
BUT ANYWAY...
I absolutely LOVED every minute of it there was such a sense of togetherness, totally amazing.
I'd love to know what the total amount raised was
Also... lovely to meet you Eric... will email ya tomorrow.

I had a wicked day.
Met some great people, saw some brilliant drummers, checked out some truly awesome kits and broke a world record.
What else you gonna do on a Monday? ......Go to work or school?, That's for losers

HAHA! Brilliant. When he was waving the microphone in the air whilst talking. Genius. But fairplay to the guy, I wouldn't have liked to be up there!

Had a great day - loooooong, but great!! My ears are still ringin, and my wife has a headache.
Can't believe I was the only one to print of the "Stick It To MS" logo & put it on their bass skin. Or the only one I saw, anyway!
Does anyone know if their is going to be a DVD of the event?
Cheers

Guys,
A million congrats!!! that has got to be the most amazing thing any one of us will do in a long time. I have seen the footage on sky, but havn't seen other stuff yet but my god the sound of us all in unison was unbelievable. It was amazing to have the likes of Jojo up there and Robbin Guy was just a delight to watch.
BRING IT ON AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! ha ha ha

It was amazing today
We broke 3 world records today and I managed to rasie £200 for MS. I thought the quality of drummers was excellent, just a quick walk around the venue showed what tallent this country has. Did anybody see that young left hand drummer on the right hand side near the toilets with the flame kit. I thought he was ace. Well done everybody it was amazing. Same time next year then, my house, I've got biscuits.
